Middlebrook

This project was an extensive renovation of a large equestrian property. The building had beautiful grounds which the client took great care with. The house was however completely disconnected from the garden with a series of small bedrooms along the wall facing the garden and the kitchen and living room facing the front drove. The redesign removed the small bedrooms and opened the house out onto the gardens by creating a ;arge open plan family room with extensive glazing and an elevated fireplace. The client subsequently added a large annexe with a granny flat and additional guest bedrooms.
